CHILLI CHICKEN



INGREDIENTS :
Chicken : ½ kg ( Medium size pieces)
Green Chilli Sauce : 1 small bottle
Vinegar : 1 Tea spoon
Egg : 1
Tasting powder: ½ tea spoon
Corn flour : 1 tea spoon
Oil : 2 table spoon
Green Chillies : 8-10
Water : 2 cups
Lemon : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
METHOD
Clean Chicken pieces, add green chilli sauce, vinegar, white part of egg ,salt and mix them and marinate (soak) it for one hour.
Grind green chillies in a mixie for 2 sec.Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, fry it for 2 minutes.Add chicken mixture, fry for 5 minutes. Add water ,cook it for 15 min.Add tasting powder and cook the chicken until water evaporates.Mix corn flour in 2 tea spoon water . Add this to chicken and cook it for 2 minutes.Finally add lemon juice to it .Serve it as Side Dish

ALMOND BISCUIT

Ingredients:3 cup Flour3 tbsp Brandy1/2 cup Butter (melted)1 cup Almonds (chopped)1 tsp Vanilla1 tsp Almond Extract1/2 tbsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt1 cup Sugar3 Eggs (large)
How to make almond biscuit:
Mix sugar and butter. Combine in brandy, almond extracts, vanilla, nuts and eggs. Mix them well.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Shape it into loaves.
Place loaves on cookie sheet. Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.
Take out of the oven. Let them cool slightly.
Reduce into 1/2 diagonal slices and return again to cookie sheet.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 350 F till both sides are brownish and toasted, it will take about 20 to 25 minutes.
Let them cool completely.
Store them in an airtight container.
